Diamante Oppedisano tomato produces 10-28 oz. (300-800 g) red mostly heart-shaped tomatoes and also can have rounded-elongated shapes. The flesh is very meaty and smooth with a few seeds. This variety is known for being used to make thick sauces, and slicing for sandwiches and burgers! It also makes a great slicing tomato and goes amazing in salads and sauces!

Diamante Oppedisano is an Italian variety and was named after Domenico Oppedisano, one of the leaders of the most powerful Italian mafia group “Ndrangheta”.
