Purple Apple tomato is a rare variety that produces 5-10 oz. (150-300g) bright fruits with crimson flesh and purple splashes that drip down from its shoulders. It has a juicy flesh with sweet, refreshing and well balanced tomato flavor. The fruits are dense and don’t crack! This variety is very productive amid adverse weather conditions.

Purple Apple tomato was obtained by splitting the Pommed’or de Saint Jean de Beauregard variety.

Indeterminate plant with regular leaf, mid-, mid-late season.
