Great White Blues tomato

Great White Blues tomato produces 7-12 oz. (200-350 g) eye-catching white fruits with anthocyanin stripes and shoulders. It has a meaty, juicy white flesh with a perfectly-balanced, delicate flavor and slight fruity notes! Each fruit is unique, since the black stripes and patches develop differently on each tomato. This variety is ideal for making tasty, wow factor sandwiches, salsa or as side dish and as a fresh eating tomato. This breed’s sturdy disease resistance even allows production to continue in misty soggy weather! White tomatoes are recommended for children and people on diets that are low in acid. Highly productive! Fruits have more pronounced dark stripes at the end of the season. The dark color level of these fruits depend on the level of sunlight, partial shade is not recommended.

Great White Blues tomato was bred by Reinhard Kraft (Germany) and Stéphane Marier (“Solana Seeds”, Canada).
