Exhibition (Vystavochnyj) tomato produces 10-35oz.(300g – 1kg) crimson fruits with rounded or wide-heart shapes with perfect balance of sweet/acid taste (more sweet). Flesh is not very juicy but dense and meaty with few seeds, which is great for cooking thick, strong flavored sauce for your pasta or as a base for delicious tomato soup.
