KLARA beefsteak tomato produces large 14-35 oz. (400-1000g) red fruits with delicious sweet meaty flesh and strong classic tomato aroma! It’s the perfect tomato for eating fresh, making salads, slicing for sandwiches and burgers! It is also great for cooking thick, strong flavored sauce for your pasta or as a base for delicious tomato soup!

KLARA beefsteak tomato was first offered in the Seed Savers 2007 Yearbook by Bill Minkey (Wisconsin, USA), who obtained the seeds from Shafik Zananiri (Granada, Spain).

Indeterminate plant with regular leaf, mid-late to late season.
