Rainbow Jazz Heart tomato SEEDLING

Rainbow Jazz Heart tomato produces 5-14 oz. (150-400 g) exceptional beefsteak/heart shaped fruits with “perfect” blossom ends. This unique variety has 2 different stages of ripeness when textures and flavors are pretty good:
1st – when the surface is yellow with green stripes. At this stage, fruit has a tangy citrus flavor;
2nd – when the surface is bright yellow with pink and golden stripes, but flesh is yellow with pink marbling. At this stage, fruit has a sweet and fruity tropical flavor.
It’s different from anything else you have tasted! Moreover, fruits ripens well off the vine over many days! Highly productive! Crack resistant!

Rainbow Jazz Heart tomato was bred by Fred Hempel (Artisan Seeds, USA) in 2021.
