Riccio di Parma beefsteak tomato produces 14-35 oz. (400g – 1kg) huge bright scarlet fruits with beautiful ribbing. This Italian heirloom variety is most famous as a great sauce tomato. It is not a very juicy variety but has a dense and meaty flesh which is great for cooking thick, strong flavored sauce for your pasta or as a base for delicious tomato soup. It’s great for slicing and sandwiches too! Classic tomato flavor!
